1. What is the delivery time of my order?
Our standard delivery time is on average 5 to 10 working days within the Netherlands and Belgium. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow your package.
2. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellation is possible until your order has been processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@veroamsterdam.nl if you want to cancel an order.
4. How does returning work?
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Return costs are at your own expense. Register your return via info@veroamsterdam.nl stating your order number.
5. When will I get my money back after returning?
After receipt and inspection of your return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days.
6. What should I do if my product is delivered damaged?
Send us an email within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the damage. We will provide an appropriate solution.
7. Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer a direct exchange service. If you still want a different product or size, please return your order and place a new order via the webshop.
8. How do I know if my order was successful?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Haven't received anything? Then check your spam folder or contact us.
