At Vero Amsterdam, we strive to deliver high-quality products. Not satisfied? You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After your request, you will receive the return instructions and the shipping address by email.
Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. Returns are therefore processed through our international fulfillment center there.
We recommend sending the package with track & trace
Conditions for returns
Your return will be accepted if:
The item undamaged and unused is
It is in the original packaging with all labels and tags
You add the order number to your return
Exchange
We do not offer a direct exchange service. Want a different size or color?

Refund
Once your return has been received and approved by us, we will process your refund within 10 business days via the original payment method.
📌 Please note that banks and credit card companies may apply additional processing time.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Underwear
Swimwear
Similar intimate items
Received damaged or wrong item?
Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong item?
📧 Then email us directly via info@veroamsterdam.nl, preferably with a photo of the problem and your order number.
⚠️ Report damage or errors within 7 days after receipt.
