30 DAYS EASY RETURNS

At Vero Amsterdam we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Are you not satisfied for any reason? Then you can easily return it.

RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW

  • Return period: 30 days from the day you receive your order

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition and if possible in the original packaging

  • Easy returns: Returning is easy and our customer service team is happy to help you

COSTS

  • Defective products: No cost for the customer. This applies when the product is delivered incorrectly, damaged or defective

  • Change of mind: Return costs are at the customer's expense

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Contact: Send an email to info@veroamsterdam.nl with your order number and reason for return

  2. Pack the item: Safely pack the item in the original packaging including accessories, labels and documents

  3. Send back: Follow the instructions you receive from our customer service team

REFUND

  • Inspection: After receipt, the item is checked according to our return policy

  • Refund: After approval, we process the refund. This usually takes up to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider

EXCHANGES

Do you want to exchange an item for a different size, color or product? Contact us, we are happy to help you place a new order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygienic and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This is always stated in the product description of the respective product.
