HOW TO RETURN

Contact: Send an email to info@veroamsterdam.nl with your order number and reason for return

Pack the item: Safely pack the item in the original packaging including accessories, labels and documents

Send back: Follow the instructions you receive from our customer service team
REFUND

Inspection: After receipt, the item is checked according to our return policy

Refund: After approval, we process the refund. This usually takes up to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider
EXCHANGES
Do you want to exchange an item for a different size, color or product? Contact us, we are happy to help you place a new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
