1. What is the delivery time of my order?
Our standard delivery time is 7 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday) within the Netherlands and Belgium. During holidays or busy periods, this may take a little longer. After shipping, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow your order.
2. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium – with no minimum order amount.
3. How does returning work?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after receipt.
To do this, send an email to info@veroamsterdam.nl with your order number.
Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. When will I get my money back after returning?
As soon as we have received your return or a valid shipping proof, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days via your original payment method.
5. What should I do if my product was delivered damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days after receipt, via info@veroamsterdam.nl and include clear photos of the damage. We will always provide a suitable solution.
6. Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer a direct exchange service. If you want a different size or color, you can return the item and place a new order through our webshop.
7. How do I know if my order was successful?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
