By placing an order with Vero Amsterdam (www.veroamsterdam.nl) you agree to the general terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via info@veroamsterdam.nl.

1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements with Vero Amsterdam.

1.2 Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

1.3 Vero Amsterdam reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.

2. Prices & Product Information

2.1 All prices are in euros, including VAT, but excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).

2.2 We aim for as accurate a representation of products as possible. However, small color or size differences may occur.

2.3 Vero Amsterdam reserves the right to change prices.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3.2 Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

3.3 Payment is possible via the payment methods indicated on the website.

4. Delivery

4.1 We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is stated with the product.

4.2 Vero Amsterdam is not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs outside the Netherlands and Belgium.

4.3 If a product is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

5.1 You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.

5.2 Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

5.3 Return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

5.4 Exception: for hygienic reasons, underwear, swimwear (such as bikinis), and other hygiene products cannot be returned.

6. Warranty

6.1 We guarantee the quality of our products.

6.2 In case of defect or damage upon receipt, contact us within 7 days via info@veroamsterdam.nl with a photo of the problem and your order number.

6.3 Wear and tear from use or damage due to misuse is not covered by the warranty.

7. Liability

7.1 Vero Amsterdam is not liable for damage resulting from the use of products.

7.2 We are not responsible for indirect damage, consequential damage, or data loss.

8. Privacy

8.1 Your personal data is used exclusively for processing your order and in accordance with our privacy policy.

8.2 Data is never shared with third parties without permission, unless legally required.

9. Complaints & Disputes

9.1 Do you have a complaint? Contact us via info@veroamsterdam.nl – we look for a suitable solution together.

9.2 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

9.3 Disputes can be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
