1. Accepted payment methods
At Vero Amsterdam we offer a wide range of secure payment options to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. We accept the following payment methods:
American Express, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Google Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay and Visa.
All payments are processed in euro (EUR).
2. Payment Processing
Payments must be fully completed at the time of purchase. Orders are only processed and shipped once payment has been successfully received. If a payment is declined or fails, the order is not confirmed.
3. Prices & Currency
All prices on veroamsterdam.nl are displayed in euro (EUR). Prices may change without prior notice. Any taxes or shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
4. Secure Payment Processing
The Vero Amsterdam webshop uses SSL encryption and reliable payment providers to securely process your transaction. We never store payment or card details of customers.
5. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks are formally disputed. In case of issues, always contact us first via info@veroamsterdam.nl – we are happy to help you.
6. Fraud Prevention
Vero Amsterdam reserves the right to cancel or temporarily block orders when fraud or unauthorized activities are suspected. For high-value orders, additional identity verification may be requested.
